Welcome to the Octanist API

The Octanist API allows you to programmatically manage leads, integrate with CRM systems, and build custom automation workflows. Whether you’re building a Zapier integration, connecting your existing tools, or creating custom lead management solutions, our API provides the flexibility you need.

Getting Started

1. Get Your API Key: Find your API key in your Octanist dashboard under Settings > API Keys
2. Test Authentication: Use the Check API Key endpoint to validate your setup
3. Start Building: Begin with creating leads or retrieving existing ones

Authentication Required

All API endpoints require authentication. See our Authentication Guide for details on how to authenticate your requests.

All API endpoints use API key authentication via the X-API-KEY header:

X-API-KEY: your_api_key_here

Base URL

The base URL for the API is https://octanist.com.
